When there was an issue w[...]ith the machine, within 24 hours I got a response back from seller and without hassle they sent me a brand new machine. Not only that, when the shipment arrived, it got stolen from my door. I asked if I could buy it again at a discount, but he refused and sent me another one! Unreal service. Now on to the machine: It came in a normal brown box without any markings. That alone made me very comfortable since they care about your privacy. The machine itself has a really nice paint finish with a simple design. It has a really intuitive way of changing the height and angles for different positions. A simple twist and lock feature. The thrust bar that is included coupled with the machine gives an unlimited stamina, mind melting hours of fun! My whole body shakes every time I use it to the point of after I'm done using it, I'll be laying there for an hour in an afterglow. Your legs turn into spaghetti! I also got the spring for it as well and it makes it much easier to get into different positions. It has a powerful engine and has a large range of different speeds/power for however you're feeling. The skin out of the box is very nice and smooth, you can[...] keep it that way by applying cornstarch after use and wash. Cleaning is pretty simple as well, just soap and water, no issue using fingers to clean out the insides.

The quality of the skin is incredible, very jiggly and quite elastic, even having some small details like dimples! And it's not too big or heavy either, making handling very easy! Storage is also pretty simple with it not taking up too much space. All in all, very satisfied.
