when we got box we opened it up and was bit mad at what we saw till we unpackaged it the toys are ok the could be bit mo[...]re grith but over all they ok the flexable adaptor makes any angle work the power is good only down fall is it light and moves around unless you hold on to it or did like we did zip tie it to a step stoll wish it was alittle fast but over all for the money we buy again without dout

So starting off with the good: it runs well right out the box, the dildo it came with is the perfect length & girth [...]to get started with, the speed is amazing (wish it could go just a bit faster), the set up is the easiest it could be. Now for the bad (which isn’t much actually): the sound of the machine could be a bit quieter but it’s not too bad, the remote it comes with won’t start when you twist the dial right away and only starts at about 15-20.

++Customer service is amazing! Got in contact with Niko about a plastic piece that broke off a month ago from my machine and he easily helped me with that and sent me a couple free parts to fix it.

I am amazed at this doll. Everything was exactly described. My first toy. Wanted to see if it would be worth buying tall[...]er one. The weight is not all that bad, rather adds to the realistic feel. If you are thinking about buying one of these, it is well worth the price.

The thruster bar on mine was damaged when it arrived. I contacted the company and they sent a new one right away. He als[...]o looked at my order and noticed that some of the attachments I ordered were for a different machine. He sent me the correct ones of those as well.

While there is a little bit of a language barrier in dealing with them, I must say their customer service was terrific. The machine is pretty cool and lots of fun. A little heavy, but seems well built and should provide years of fun.
