From the moment of ordering through the delivery, customer service was great! I received my doll a few days ago and the [...]quality and realism is fantastic, I already want another one! Just an FYI, the weight of the doll was spot on, and I had no idea of the effort I’d put into moving her around, but, I’m certain this is going to get me back in shape!

I thought the remote sa[...]id it would need batteries and it included 2, so i bought super good batteries and a 10 pack to find out that it does not need batteries. Has great horse power and frankly, at full max, you really don't want anything more powerful than this machine. Not to all reading this, if you are going to have it high up, next to a wall, use the nice case for the wall then put the machine against that otherwise you will get a hole in the wall like we did. Also, at high speeds, the machine will move a little to left or right and will slide on carpet and gym mats. You may have to bolt the 4 legs down so that it won;t move. Have fun

when you get this bad boy out of the box you know its a good machine. it felt really weighty and not flimsy at all.

If you're interested in this thing, Buy it. get some lube. if you mess it up, just buy another. It's inexpensive enough [...]to replace and feels comparable to the real thing. also the mess is contained for the most part, so you only have to do care and maintenance on the silicon.
