Easy to put together, the machine itself is not very loud at all, the on/off beep is a little loud, but that's not a hug[...]e deal. All the attachments it comes with feel high quality/durable. I like that you can adjust the height on both ends so it can be tilted up or down. The different modes are interesting, but I preferred slowing down/speeding it up manually.
