While my first machine had some problems, the customer service was more then helpful and sent me a replacement shortly after diagnosing the problem. The new one runs wonderful and I am more then happy with it. For the price and the quality, this machine is unbeatable.

Wow this thing is powerful and heavy. I had thought that it would be rather noisy but it's very quiet. Enjoyed trying th[...]is out. I also bought the attachment for those toys that have a suction cup base rather than the connector and it wished just fine. Well made.

Only issue I've had it's that it vibrates the wall loudly other than that it's great

This is the largest doll I’ve purchased and I’m so happy I did! The realistic doll is 17 lbs and is made from a very goo[...]d quality TPE. There’s two entries on the doll which make for a very pleasurable experience. I highly reccomend this toy if you’re looking for a durable and very good quality doll that is priced reasonably. I did h[...]ave to use customer service initially because one of the prongs for the cord in the power supply was broken, but once they all had all of my details, they shipped out a replacement in a few days.

This is a premium product and you can tell right when you take it out of the box. It's heavy, sturdy, and feels like it [...]is built like a tank. It has incredible adjustability as far as angles go and it is heavy enough to stay in place, though putting it on something sturdy or against a wall helps too!
