Very good customer service,,doll arrived in good condition and well packed,,she is beautiful,,and if she is posed in the[...] right light she can look very real,,there are however a few niggles,,the joint on the neck is very poor,,the TPE is cold and very tacky,,however if you powder her with cornflour this lmproves the feel a lot,,and wig was a cheap useless mass of tangled hair,,no matter how much i brushed it ,it just kept tangling up,,i threw it away,,and you have to be very careful with her.

I was just worried it would be a hassle when used on a mattress. It never tipped over though, even when moving around. B[...]ut I do have a firm bed so that may or may not help some of you. The machine is built solid and makes you feel like you own a very sophisticated piece of equipment. I must also point out that the dildo that came with it is very high quality. So starting off with the good: it runs well right out the box, the dildo it came with is the perfect length & girth [...]to get started with, the speed is amazing (wish it could go just a bit faster), the set up is the easiest it could be. Now for the bad (which isn’t much actually): the sound of the machine could be a bit quieter but it’s not too bad, the remote it comes with won’t start when you twist the dial right away and only starts at about 15-20.

++Customer service is amazing! Got in contact with Niko about a plastic piece that broke off a month ago from my machine and he easily helped me with that and sent me a couple free parts to fix it.
