Okay so I was hesitant at first but my doll did not disappoint. It came in a very well protected with styrofoam and air [...]bags to protect her delicate areas and some extra supplies such as extra eyes, nails, a comb and usb heater to keep her nice and warm inside. The doll came a week or two earlier than expected so that was an extra bonus. They were very proactive about answering questions via email and their website. But yes overall a very trustworthy company. I have only used it a few times so I will not be rating it on the durability, however everything else about this item is[...] incredible. Even the complaints that it stops or gets stuck at lower speeds I did not find to be true. I have experience with anal play so I did stretch out with a plug that is slightly larger than the dildo used by the machine, I used a decent amount of lube, not an excessive amount by any means and even on a slower setting the machine still worked. The one caveat I have to say is speed, above the slowest setting, is nothing a human can reach or maintain, so if you are expecting a "real" experience this is not for you. The size of the physical machine is great because you can easily store it in an old shoe box. Overall a great experience and a great product for the price. *If anything happens, regarding its durability, I will update this review but if I haven't assume that it is still going strong!...Have fun!
