Okay so I was hesitant at first but my doll did not disappoint. It came in a very well protected with styrofoam and air [...]bags to protect her delicate areas and some extra supplies such as extra eyes, nails, a comb and usb heater to keep her nice and warm inside. The doll came a week or two earlier than expected so that was an extra bonus. They were very proactive about answering questions via email and their website. But yes overall a very trustworthy company. Very realistic doll, perfect for photo shoots especially if you know how to use photoshop! Bought this one to create nud[...]e art in my photo studio. For that particular purpose the face of this one looked the most natural of all the offered dolls, at least to me. Heavier than you would think, but excellent workmanship. Since I won't use it for sexual activities it will probably last for decades. If you use it for sex, I think the wired hands are the most sensitive part since the wires can easily poke through the TPE so be careful.
