The motor is so quiet you don't hear it It makes less noise than the average conversation, though I will have to find th[...]e best platform to use it on as the thump from its movement made a bit of noise on my bed. Sounded just like someone riding an exercise bike. Good speed/power range. At low very quiet and slow, and on high it gives a powerful thrust akin to rough sex. This machine is perfect and heavy duty. Well designed.

Comes with a remote so you can turn it up or down as you want. Its not heavy. Breaks down easily. Quick set up and reset up. The angle is adjustable. But listen… When you’re in the groove and your feet start doing what feet do just be careful. I almost got my foot stuck in the rotating arm. That would have sucked horribly. I also suggest using a flat surface. It’s not the best on a super pillow top mattress.
