It is amazing. You can control the unit with the APP, but even better you can run a program through the APP. It also has a message board to connect with other users from around the world. Or, if you don't want to connect, you can just run the programs they've uploaded. The company has a great assortment of attachments as well, so you've got plenty of options available to you. Self isolating during the pandemic just got a lot better.
