Very good customer service,,doll arrived in good condition and well packed,,she is beautiful,,and if she is posed in the[...] right light she can look very real,,there are however a few niggles,,the joint on the neck is very poor,,the TPE is cold and very tacky,,however if you powder her with cornflour this lmproves the feel a lot,,and wig was a cheap useless mass of tangled hair,,no matter how much i brushed it ,it just kept tangling up,,i threw it away,,and you have to be very careful with her.

I've only had this for a couple of days, but so far I'm very impressed ! The built quality is very good and the performa[...]nce is top level.
