I am counting both of this issues as possible warehouse storage issues as the three I have received from other warehouses have not had these issues.

I received the doll in about ten days, and its pretty fast since its from china to California. Overall, i would give fiv[...]e star to the doll because its really real and i promise its same as the picture. The pack is really strong and secret, so don't need to worry about the safety and privacy. I would recommend the doll.
