Well I ordered this machine, the page says 1-4 days on the shipping. I messaged customer care about a vaculock adaptor a[...]nd the told me they couldn’t add it to my order because my package has left the warehouse already. I asked about a tracking number 3 days ago and haven’t received a single response. Hopefully I don’t need to file a claim with PayPal. This kinda sucks I was hoping to get my order and order a beautiful doll, but the shaky customer care makes me nervous.

Very well built - easy to use, quiet & fast, just works great. Also nice case for storing it.

I did h[...]ave to use customer service initially because one of the prongs for the cord in the power supply was broken, but once they all had all of my details, they shipped out a replacement in a few days.

What more can we say... We've tested it out and she said it was INCREDIBLE!!! Had a hard time walking around the house f[...]or a while afterwards. May cum back later to update this review. But from an initial perspective, this is going to be FUN!!! After 25 yrs of marriage, it's great to be able to still kindle a fire!

Great value machine.

Was worried about getting this due to the price. However it is definitely worth it. I've only used it once so far but ma[...]ny more uses to come.

Product is way too heavy at 52 lbs., but excellent in design and function. The material is very realistic in terms of 'r[...]eal feel'. Better than I had imagined.

It's powerful but doesn't hurt really. I had surgery in a sensitive area a few years ago and have had trouble getting th[...]ings that don't hurt me so I was a little apprehensive about getting this. But man was I wrong I think it's actually helping me overcome my pain problems. And getting back to where I used to be... there are some attachments that still take getting used to and it does slide out sometimes... but when it works it works really well.

I had an issue with the first doll that I received and contacted the company. They offered a refund or replacement and I[...] chose the replacement. The replacement was very quick to arrive which I was happy about. Overall, I like this product and am grateful for the great customer service I received.
