Words can not express the amount of fun we had had with this MACHINE. I had a few issues and the company resolved them v[...]ery quickly so they should get 6 stars.

I wanted an in-stock doll and this company had the best offerings and prices at the time so I did more research and felt[...] comfortable making my first doll purchase from them, partly because of the other reviews here, so I wanted to hopefully do the same for anyone else who may be on the fence about going with USsextoy. I chose the paypal option for an added security measure, and roughly a week later, the UPS guy is lugging the doll box up my driveway! The doll looks even better in person and feels better than I imagined, I do love it.
Whole process went smooth and great customer service with friendly staff, Lina the CEO is nice as well. I don't regret anything about this purchase, they will have a returning customer here!

So I was skeptical at best at first to spend the kind of money on this I did, but now that I have the product it's worth[...] every penny. You get exactly what you expect and maybe more. The only thing that surprised me really was the weight of the doll. It was much bulkier in weight than expected but still easy enough to move and adjust. Thank you

Initially received a unit which didn’t work but followed instructions to e-mail their support and include a short video [...]showing my issue. They replied promptly (in under 24 hours, on a weekend) and I must say their customer service is top notch. They worked with me and expedite shipped me a unit which works beautifully!

Its really incredible best investment I ever made I though it is pricey you get every dime spent back on it this machine[...] has great power and speed I am most happy with it. I began using it as soon as I opened it if you purchase this machine you wont regret it a bit its rather small the legs are solid stainless steel the main body is of aluminum the construction is very well done which gives it some weight but you will have to anchor it down its that powerful I definitely would recommend it.

Great product, works as expected, no issues so far. I have not left it running continuously for more than 20 minutes so [...]far. Very easy to setup and adjust height and pitch. Attachments are insanely easy to hookup and remove.
