Not to all reading this, if you are going to have it high up, next to a wall, use the nice case for the wall then put the machine against that otherwise you will get a hole in the wall like we did. Also, at high speeds, the machine will move a little to left or right and will slide on carpet and gym mats. You may have to bolt the 4 legs down so that it won;t move. Have fun
