The cycling action is very smooth and has a good range of speed and tempo. The Mrs. had wanted to use this toy a couple times a week since we got it. The attachments are decent, but the best attachment is the flat suction base with the added rubber bands to secure your own toys. It’s very easy to setup and you can quickly adjust the front and back height for just about any angle. I am so glad he decided to take a chance on this machine!!!
