You can use it in any position, it is easy to set up and take down. The noise level is very quite. First of all, I'd like to point out the exceptional customer service provided to me by Sophia! When there was an issue w[...]ith the machine, within 24 hours I got a response back from seller and without hassle they sent me a brand new machine. Not only that, when the shipment arrived, it got stolen from my door. I asked if I could buy it again at a discount, but he refused and sent me another one! Unreal service. Now on to the machine: It came in a normal brown box without any markings. That alone made me very comfortable since they care about your privacy. The machine itself has a really nice paint finish with a simple design. It has a really intuitive way of changing the height and angles for different positions. A simple twist and lock feature. The thrust bar that is included coupled with the machine gives an unlimited stamina, mind melting hours of fun! My whole body shakes every time I use it to the point of after I'm done using it, I'll be laying there for an hour in an afterglow. Your legs turn into spaghetti! I also got the spring for it as well and it makes it much easier to get into different positions. It has a powerful engine and has a large range of different speeds/power for however you're feeling. It'll thrust relentlessly until you want it to stop (you won't want it to!). Included is the machine, all the parts, and a Vac U Lock toy that attaches to the thrust bar. The toy is the perfect size for me. Fantastic machine, and a product that they truly stand behind. Don't even question it. Great buy for the money
My first TPE doll and first full size as well. So far NWDoll is great. The doll itself looks exactly as pictured. She is[...] heavy. 70 pounds you really do get to see how out of shape you really are. For under $1000 you get a rigid skeleton that really grips into position and a fair bit of quality. Being on the cheaper side they use cheap nails and the teeth are represented but not individually as is the tongue. Eyes are very nice looking though cheap and only half orbs with stuffing in them. Fingers and toes all individual with fingers having wire in them toes donot. Doll leans to the more realistic side. Come with junk heater and very cheap cleaning pot. The dolls skin is nice but there are imperfections at this price range. Mine came with no manual though I don't know if that's standard. Another review said you get an extra wig and eyes but I read it as you can swap out after order in the description. Random clothes are costume quality and minimal.

Overall it is a great value and I definitely recommend them. Hopefully they stick around for a long time. Entebbe that you need to clean your lady every so often, store her seated or suspended. Get talcum or baby powder for her skin. You will damage her a little. Skin does split a tiny bit especially if you don't take care of her or any doll. Disinfect with any mild disinfectant or preferably soapy water. Coat with baby powder and you are good to go.

Since writing this review I have been in contact with the Manufacturer and they have been wonderful. O was offered the extra wig and eyes and they are very concerned with your experience and thoughts on the doll.

If you really want to get into these dolls USsextoy is a great start.
