Very happy with the product and customer service. I ordered the version without the app and later decided it would be wo[...]rth it to add it on and their customer service was wonderful. Product itself is very solid, the legs are solid metal bars which keeps it nicely planted, though at full speed it can still move itself without some bracing or more weight applied. This was my first machine of this type but I am overall impressed, the motor is also much quieter than I expected it would be. Both the dial remote and app are simple to use and have instant response. I bought with suction cup attachment and a bit of grease to keep things quiet and lubricated and I have zero complaints!

Alright so I was very hesitant to get this product even after months...yes...yes months of research..reading reviews onl[...]ine...I eventually caved in and OMGGGG ...I cant even....... absolutely do not regret this purchase...5 stars all the way.
