I received my machine, and after setting it up it didn't work. I followed all the troubleshooting recommendations and it[...] still didn't work. I reached out via email to their customer service department and they responded very promptly. They were courteous and friendly. They sent me a replacement part in a timely manner. The machine still didn't work, so they shipped me an entirely new machine. I was very appreciative of the prompt service I received, as this was a gift.
