so I original thought my motor on my machine died and I sent customer service a video clip of my machine not working and[...] they pinpointed what was actually wrong and it was the controller box not the motor,USsextoy
replaced my controller and I got it in 2 weeks witch is pretty fast considering where I live.
havent use the machine yet but Im looking forward to using it when I can now that its fixed.
