Ok, first, the product came in a nondescript plain brown box (very good). The bag and foam packing was very nicely done.[...] It is HEAVY. While unpacking, there is plastic film that surrounds all metal parts, under the plastic is a thin film of machine oil, a paper towel will remove that nicely.
Setup was fairly strait forward, there are instructions and only one really tricky part, the insertion of the rod that holds the toys. You have to make sure the holding knob is loosened enough and be careful not to cross thread the screw into the rod.
I am convinced this is a sturdy machine and if the motor holds out, I think it will work well.
There are less expensive options out there but if you are serious, plan to use this a lot, and are sure this kind of thing is for you, I would spend the extra money and get this one.
An additional tip, get the plate for the suction cup type toys, it will give you the freedom to use many different types of toys and it works very well.

What a wonderful machine. First off I would recommend buying the suction cup adapter and using a sealant inside the scre[...]w head on it so you can use suction cup dildos with the machine.

Super easy to set up, even easier to use. The only problem is that it's a little bit shorter than I expected, so I neede[...]d to adjust for height more than I initially planned.
