It's powerful but doesn't hurt really. I had surgery in a sensitive area a few years ago and have had trouble getting th[...]ings that don't hurt me so I was a little apprehensive about getting this. But man was I wrong I think it's actually helping me overcome my pain problems. And getting back to where I used to be... there are some attachments that still take getting used to and it does slide out sometimes... but when it works it works really well.

All I can say is wow! Works like it says it will. Still trying to figure out the "throw" of the drive arm and [...]how far I need to be from it with it not slipping out....am enjoying my older toys in this new venue.
