Awesome machine, only problem is the power unit does not work all the time. The power cord has to sit in a percise posit[...]ion to achieve power to the box. The cord is fine. I believe its the box. I received it yesterday, quick shipping and processing. The machine arrived in its original box (packed inside an unmark[...]ed plain cardboard box- discreet shipping). The machine was easier to assemble than I thought and includes all the necessary tools and an instruction booklet. I was worried about the machine noise given that I live in an apartment building. But it IS in fact VERY quiet even at its fastest speed (though you want to make sure its properly weighed down at the higher speeds so the machine doesn't move around.). I can't think of ANY cons whatsoever. Its an incredible value and a great investment. I HIGHLY recommend it.
