First time buying, was really looking forward to receiving the doll ,overall still happy with my purchase.

We had an issue with the Bluetooth not working properly the day we received it. We sent an email an the responded within[...] 2 hours. They sent a new part out immediately and we had it within 3 days. The device was awesome. The machine we haven't used much yet, but so far after the new controller it works flawlessly.

This toy was great! Never had a problem with it besides being some what smaller than I expected, (Having my you know wha[...]t coming out the other whole). Other than that, it came with everything that was shown on the pictures and felt really good. I went a head and tried out another toy (Which was the worst mistake ever).

Would still be using this item but, lost it while moving. Will be purchasing this sometime again!

Extremely well built! Really designed for ease of use. As a male, used for anal pleasures. I have to say that I wish I h[...]ad bought this years ago. Because of diseases and other things, I really don't go out and randomly hook up. I have a number of dildos but it is very difficult to really use them well... One wants to really be able to lay back and enjoy, and not have to actually "do a lot of work". This machine fits the bill! I haven't had this kind of pleasure in years and quite frankly, few of the encounters I have had really stack up.

There is one thing I would really like to see from a comfort/safety perspective. That is a strong but flexible rod. Something for example that would break away under a certain amount of pressure and then snap back once the pressure is released. This being because if you are in the wrong position, etc. there is no give in a steel rod and it can be a little painful. I've been very careful as a result and as long as you take care, nothing to worry about.

The electronics are well made, high grade and so is everything else. The really did a great job!
