Pretty heavy, but thats because it's solid. Assembly and disassembly can be a little tedious, but that's the trade off of haveing a well built machine. Also, it takes a few times to find you optimal stroke/depth level and angle, but thats understandable given the wide variety of ways you can set this thing up, which is one of this items greatest strengths. If you have suction cup toys, you can buy an adapter that lets you use them. I bought the adapter and extention piece and they work great! Only down side of this product is the price, but hey, you cant beat top quality. So once again, I love this product and recommend it to anybody looking.
